Our name comes from Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, where 42 is the answer to the ultimate question — a reminder that the right answer is meaningless without the right question. Our mission is to help organisations identify and refine the questions that truly matter, then work alongside them to adjust processes, operating models, data and technology so they're equipped not just to find answers, but to ask what counts.
